Position Summary:

Menzner Hardwoods Co. is seeking long-term career employees interested in production/manufacturing for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift. We have entry-level position for hardworking, motivated, and dependable employees.

We are actively seeking candidates that desire advancement to higher level/pay positions! If you bring prior millwork, construction, cabinetry, wood working, machine operation, or material handling experience, we want to talk to you about production careers at Menzner Hardwoods!

Job Types: Full Time Openings Available

Pay: $14.00 - $16.76

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift plus overtime

Primary Responsibilities:

Duties may include material handling up to 30 lbs., assisting machine operators, handling/stacking wood parts, selecting/preparing finished products for shipping, and other production duties as required.

Full-time, First Shift Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday, Second Shift Hours: 2:30pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday and 3rd Shift Hours: 10:30pm - 6:30am Sunday - Thursday. Shifts include a paid break and paid lunch. Overtime hours are required as production needs arise, which typically involve working 9 hour shifts during the week, and an occasional 6 hour shift on Saturdays. Part-time flexible schedule hours are also available. 2nd shift has a $0.75 shift premium pay and 3rd shift has a $1.00 shift premium pay. We promote from within, so advanced grade levels for other positions such as back-up machine operators or operators may start at $17.27 or higher, with the same increase for shift premium.
