Position Summary:

Menzner Hardwoods Company is seeking long-term career employees interested in production / manufacturing for different Machine Operator positions.

Primary Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire Moulder, Wrapper, and Finger Joint Operators. We are looking for hardworking, motivated, and dependable employees. Duties may include setting up and operating different machines and inspecting finished product for compliance with all quality requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications: Candidates must be 18 years old, physically capable of lifting / maneuvering up to 30 lbs regularly, be capable of standing for 8 hours / shift, work well with coworkers in a team environment, and have solid work tenure in prior employment.

First Shift Hours: 6:30am -2:30pm, Second Shift Hours: 2:30pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday with 0.75 cent shift premium for second shift. Third Shift Hours 10:30pm-6:30am Sunday - Thursday with a $1.00 shift premium. Shift includes a paid break and paid lunch. Overtime hours are required as production needs arise, which typically involve working 9 hour shifts during the week, and an occasional 6 hour shift on Saturdays.

Experience:

  • Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
